- Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting required
- Experience in Labor & Employment preferred
- Responsible for updating and maintaining client document management databases
- Ability to draft routine legal documents for attorney review and use
- Categorize and interpret data, review and analyze documents, responses, and records produced by opposing counsel
- Coordinate and handle requests between multiple parties involved
- Experience with time entry and client billing required
- Proficiency with document review databases and platforms preferred
- Trial and deposition preparation experience preferred
- Knowledge of Bluebook citation required
- Experience with Westlaw research necessary
- Proficiency in electronic filing in state and federal courts required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel a must

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 in Hartford, CT

- Actual salary will vary based on relevant experience and skillset
- Annual discretionary bonuses and profit-sharing contributions based on eligibility and firm profitability
