Senior Paralegal Part-Time The candidate's duties include: Supporting counsel at each phase of litigation, from client onboarding to close of case/trial. Electronic filing cases or recording documents. Conducting legal research. Preparing clients for their appearance in court and at other legal meetings. Completing, submitting, and storing all pertinent legal documentation under the guidance of the designated Attorney. Creating and setting up visual presentations that are designed to convey evidence at trial. Remaining up-to-date with relevant case law and legislation. Paralegal Requirements: Completion of a formally recognized paralegal qualification. Prior experience (3+ years) as a paralegal required. Experience 2 years (Required). Must be able to work remote effectively; Impeccable verbal and written communication. Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills.
