**Members Only**, one of the largest and most respected law firms in the Capital Region, is currently seeking a Legal Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top legal talent to join our diverse and innovative firm.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruiting and orientation process for lateral, first-year, and summer associate attorneys under the supervision of the Associate Recruitment and Development Committee, Executive Committee, and Director of Human Resources
- Foster positive relationships with law schools and act as the liaison between the firm and these institutions
- Coordinate the receipt and pre-screening of candidate resumes
- Schedule and arrange interviews, as well as handle all related paperwork
- Assemble pre-employment hiring materials
- Work with attorneys to ensure consistent associate mentoring and development
- Collaborate with all levels, including attorneys, as a team player
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and three or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting
- JD or Master's degree is a plus
- Strong abilities with Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail
- Familiarity with recruitment techniques and professional services fields
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels

Compensation:
$60,000-$95,000 annually
