**Members Only**, a leading law firm with over 250 years of combined history, is seeking a talented and experienced Associate to join our Business Litigation team. As an Associate at **Members Only**, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team of attorneys and consultants, representing clients in courtroom and mediation/arbitration proceedings. We are looking for a candidate with 4-7+ years of experience in litigation, preferably with experience in complex commercial litigation and/or bankruptcy. Admission to the Connecticut bar is required, and admission to the New York and/or Massachusetts bar is preferred. Federal or state judicial clerkship experience is also preferred.
