Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Job Responsibilities:
- Independently manage client invoices using accounting software, billing sites, and other programs.
- Reliably and accurately handle invoicing for several office locations.
- Ensure invoices are submitted in a timely and correct manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
- Excel in managing multiple large volume tasks efficiently and thoroughly, even under fast-paced conditions and short timeframes.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve processes and documentation, minimizing errors.
Education and Experience Information:
- Associate degree in Accounting and prior accounting experience preferred.
- Previous work experience as an Accounting Clerk.
- Exceptional computer skills working with Microsoft Office.
- Must have hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
- Excellent understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Outstanding degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Salary Information:
- The base salary range is to per hour.
- The salary offered will consider factors such as geographic location, experience, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications/credentials, talent availability and specialization, as well as business needs.
- The range may be modified in the future.
