A Morristown, New Jersey law firm is seeking two bright, responsible associates looking for an opportunity to grow their legal skills.

One position will expose the associate to a variety of areas of the law but will have an emphasis on estate planning and estate administration. The candidate can expect to draft and review estate planning documents, work on formulating effective strategies, and attend and host meetings and calls with clients.

The second position will be more focused on litigation but will be exposed to every aspect of the firm’s varied practice. Responsibilities may include handling all aspects of litigation matters including discovery, court appearances, depositions, and client management, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery, and appearing before courts.

Strong writing, conversational, and analytical skills are offer a pleasant work environment and good benefits at a well-respected, established firm. Submit resume, writing sample, and law school range of $75,000 to $95,000, based on experience, along with healthcare benefits and 401K.
