Job Description:
- Seeking experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney for the Firm's Morristown, NJ office.
- The Attorney will be responsible for handling corporate mergers and acquisitions, large contracts, license agreements, technology licensing/sales agreements, and purchase, sale and joint venture work for commercial and industrial properties.
- The Attorney will also handle financing matters related to these transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, license agreements, and financing.
- Draft and review legal documents related to corporate transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and research for transactions.
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in the transactions.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding corporate matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience handling general corporate and commercial real estate matters.
- Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
- Experience in handling national transactions is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and commercial real estate law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
