IP Paralegal Duties: Trademark and patent document preparation and filings. Process and docket internal attorney updates. Conduct status checks and updates to docket, and maintain records of such. Create and generate reports for attorneys, staff and clients. Generate and monitor the daily docket of deadlines and ensure that deadlines are met and the system is properly updated.

Qualifications: A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience, preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with or without direct supervision. Ability to multitask. Strong computer skills. Flexibility for unscheduled overtime as needed.
