Job Title: Litigation Legal Secretary
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative responsibilities and collaborate with attorneys, legal support staff, and various firm departments.
- Open new matters, interface with, and establish ongoing positive business relationships with clients.
- Create, format, edit, proofread, and manage Word documents.
- Draft routine correspondence and forms.
- Track, organize, and process expense reports, reimbursements, and check requests using Chrome River.
- Manage and maintain lawyers’ schedules and calendars.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Information:
- Experience as a litigation-focused legal administrative assistant is required.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands from multiple attorneys, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong technical, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with and knowledge of e-filing in state and federal court.
- Some college education is preferred.
- Experience with Milana is a plus.
Salary Information:
The yearly salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $80,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, and the location where the position is filled.

This is a full-time position with the possibility of remote work.
