- Managing, organizing, and reviewing complex litigation documents, including proficiency in using document review platforms like Relativity.
- Proficiently handling electronic and paper filing procedures in both state and federal courts.
- Navigating court websites and conducting effective legal research to support cases.
- Collaborating with attorneys and other staff using productivity tools such as Microsoft Teams and Asana.
- Efficiently managing multiple projects and priorities for different attorneys simultaneously.
- Recording billable hours accurately and maintaining detailed records of work performed.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel for trials as required.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Experienced Litigation Paralegal position must meet the following educational and experience requirements:
- A bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- A minimum of five years of litigation experience, demonstrating the ability to work independently and manage complex legal documents.

- Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft Teams and Asana is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic and paper filing procedures, as well as a thorough working knowledge of relevant court rules.
