Education and Experience Information:

Preferred skills include commercial litigation experience, knowledge of Interwoven/FileSite or comparable document sharing software, trial preparation skills, knowledge of Aderant or similar time-keeping software, and working knowledge of e-discovery products and procedures. The ability to read and understand legal terminology is also important.
