The Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and design to join our team as a Marketing Consultant. As an independent contractor, this role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work remotely. The hourly rate for this position starts at for entry-level candidates, with potential for higher rates based on experience.

The Marketing Consultant will work closely with our team of attorneys to craft compelling marketing materials and strategies that showcase our immigration law practice. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced law firm while also honing your skills in graphic design, writing, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare weekly email newsletters and draft social media posts under the supervision of attorneys
- Design and update marketing materials, including PDFs and graphics, using Adobe Creative Suite
- Use email marketing software to create and distribute campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on marketing best practices and provide guidance to the team

Required Qualifications:

- An Associate's degree or higher in a related field
- Experience with graphic design, marketing, and writing
- A flexible and proactive approach to tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior professional experience in a marketing role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Familiarity with email marketing software such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Knowledge of immigration law or previous experience working in a law firm
