Job Title: Tax Associate (Mid-to-Senior)

Job Responsibilities:
The Tax Associate will join the Tax Group within the Business & Finance - Global Corporate Group at the law firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tax-related tasks, including but not limited to:
- Providing tax advice and support to clients in various transactions and business operations.
- Assisting in the structuring of domestic and international transactions.
- Analyzing and interpreting tax laws and regulations to provide guidance to clients.
- Collaborating with other departments within the law firm to ensure comprehensive legal solutions.
- Representing clients in tax disputes and negotiations with tax authorities.
- Staying informed about the latest developments in tax law to provide up-to-date advice.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of experience in a law firm or accounting tax environment. An . degree in Taxation is preferred but not required. Additionally, candidates must be an active member of the bar in the state where they sit.

Salary Information:
The anticipated salary range for this position at the law firm is between $265,000 and $390,000. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as location and experience.
