The Role:
- Domestic and international tax planning for multi-national corporations, closely-held businesses, and high-net worth individuals and families
- Drafting and finalizing entity formation documents and advising on sophisticated corporate and cross-border issues in all stages of business transactions
- Handling complex tax matters, including international tax restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, and capital markets transactions
- Providing guidance and assistance with tax and regulatory compliance, including the Corporate Transparency Act
- Contributing to the team's profile and undertaking business development activities, including writing articles and attending events and conferences
- Building networks with private wealth contacts and intermediaries, including global and peer firms and counsel
Key Skills and Experience:
