**Members Only**, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Associate to join its Tax and Private Client practice in the New York office. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with 3-5 years of Tax experience to join a dynamic and collaborative team, working on complex international tax matters for global businesses and high-net-worth individuals across all industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling to clients on sophisticated tax planning and advise on transactions
- Conduct insightful research and analysis to support legal arguments
- Draft persuasive written materials, including memoranda, briefs, and opinions
- Work closely with lawyers in various offices and remotely as an integral part of high performing, collaborative firmwide teams
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution
- Admission to the New York Bar, active and in good standing
- 3-5 years of experience in Tax law
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Persuasive writing skills

Salary Information:
- Expected salary range: $260,000 - $365,000, depending on experience
