Job Title: Liens Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying health insurance and documenting it in case files.
- Communicating with insurers to obtain necessary documentation.
- Disputing charges on itemizations as needed.
- Handling other lien-related tasks as required.
- Supporting team operations from intake through closing by focusing on all aspects of lien and subrogation issues.
Education and Experience Information:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative professional environment in at least one of the following areas: personal injury, medical office, accounts receivable/accounts payable, heavy data entry, record keeping, customer communications, document management, Medicare/Medicaid.
- Overall organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent computer, analytical, and database skills are essential.
- Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
- Candidates should be energetic, outgoing, and collaborative.
Salary Information:
