Part-time Estate Planning Paralegal The candidate will meet with clients (in person, via zoom, or by telephone) to obtain information, sign documents, answer questions. Organize files, maintain both physical files and e-files. Close communication with Attorney as to file progress, with weekly written reports. Prepare or coordinate the preparation of estate planning documents. Great Organizational Skills are essential. Good teamwork skills are needed. Amazing communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to laypeople are required. Knowledge of Connecticut statutes relating to estate planning and probate is required.
