Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney The candidate will work closely with corporate clients, business unit leaders, business partners, as well as outside advisors and CPAs. Minimum of 5 years of Mergers & Acquisitions experience required. Experience managing due diligence, data rooms, and preparing disclosure schedules is required. Ability to interact comfortably with management; work independently; strong drafting skills; exceptional interpersonal skills; highly team-oriented. Commitment to professionalism; flexibility as to schedule for meeting transaction timeline and to the types of projects assigned; and solid business acumen required.
