Paralegal - Real Estate The candidate will assist in drafting real estate documents, preparing closing documents, conducting due diligence reviews, and coordinating closings as required for commercial real estate transactions. This will include ordering, reviewing, and analyzing title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys. Develop, monitor, and update closing and other checklists for real estate transactions. Assist with drafting documents for commercial, resort, and mixed-use developments, as well as draft lease amendments for attorney review. Should have a Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate. Should have 4+ years' experience supporting a Commercial Real Estate practice group in a law firm environment. Title and Survey experience is needed. Should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong oral and written communication skills are needed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required. Large law firm experience is preferred.
