Job Title: Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment Associates
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation analysis, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, and trial preparation.
- For the Labor and Employment opportunity, additional responsibilities include advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws.
- Handle matters related to FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage and hour laws.
- Maintain significant client contact and manage all aspects of complex cases for regional and national clients of all sizes.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of two years of experience in relevant practice areas is required.
- Candidates must have a strong academic background.
- Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
- A license to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia is required. Candidates willing to sit for the bar exam or eligible for admission in these states will also be considered.
Salary Information:
- The position offers a competitive salary, benefits, and up to $40,000 in bonus potential.
