Job Description:
Draft legal documents for municipal bond issuances and submit for attorney review
Coordinate closings with clients, government agencies, and other parties
Gain knowledge in specific practice areas while on the job
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Hybrid work policy with required presence in Dallas office
Overtime and schedule flexibility as needed
Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities related to bond authorizations, sales, and elections
Prepare and organize legal and closing documents
Manage submissions to the Texas Attorney General
Maintain physical and electronic files
Prepare monthly reports
Complete projects assigned by attorneys or senior paralegals
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum three years of transactional paralegal experience
Strong attention to detail and deadline management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-starter with excellent communication skills
Strong grammar and spelling accuracy
Organized and able to prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact well with clients and colleagues
