Job Title: Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM), Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) systems.
- Expertise in System Center Configuration Manager/ Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) including task sequence creation, application and package creation, baseline configuration, custom reporting, Operating System Deployment (OSD), and patching.
- Manage InTune processes including patching, configuration policies, and conditional access.
- Operate within a co-managed environment with a Cloud Management Gateway and Autopilot configuration.
- Knowledge of Group Policy Object/Group Policy Preferences (GPO/GPP), Windows 10/11, iOS/Android, FSLogix, Entra, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
- Ability to focus on the big picture while also diving into the details as needed.
- Develop solutions to business challenges and drive from conceptualization to operational implementation.
- Evaluate risk and technical debt, offering options and solutions for continual improvement.
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Research new technologies and collaborate with engineers and leadership in strategic planning efforts.
- Define, evaluate, and facilitate the adoption of emergent technologies and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage ticketing escalations and associated service level agreements (SLAs).
- Practice good stewardship of company resources through thorough analysis and optimization efforts.
- Maintain reliable, consistent attendance during scheduled work shifts, including being available on Teams/instant message, Zoom, email, voicemail, and phone.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- Preferred education: Bachelor's degree or better.
- Required experience:
- 7+ years supporting SCCM or other Device Management Platforms.
- 3+ years supporting InTune or other MDM Platforms.
- 3+ years supporting VDI (AVD, Citrix).
- 10+ years supporting Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems Administration (Windows 7/10/11) with migration experience from one version to another.
- Exceptional skills in automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Proficiency in Active Directory/Organizational Unit/Group Policy Object/Group Policy Preferences (OU/GPO/GPP) management.

Salary Information:
- The budgeted salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000.
