Job Title: Front Desk at Personal Injury Law Firm
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Conduct personal injury intakes with a high level of attention to detail, capturing all relevant information.
- Open and manage case files and legal documents both physically and electronically.
- Greet clients, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
- Request and track medical records.
- Assist clients with technology support, such as Zoom logins.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and preparing materials.
- Serve as a notary public.
- Conduct basic legal research and collect relevant case information.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed.
Education and Experience Information:
- The ideal candidate will have .
- Familiarity with legal terminology, filing, processes, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Tech savvy: ability to scan, e-file, research, and utilize Microsoft suite effectively.
Skills & Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials.
- Neat, professional appearance and appropriate business attire.
- Plus but not required: Familiarity with FileVine and being bi-lingual in Spanish.
Salary Information:
- Pay: - per hour.
