Responsibilities:

- Organize, summarize, and index documents for fact-heavy cases
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Liaise with clients and third parties for document collection and management
- Maintain documents and bundles for hearings and proceedings
- Schedule depositions and manage attorney calendars
- Handle phone calls and messages for multiple attorneys

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal
- Experience with drafting legal documents and formatting briefs
- Familiarity with MS Office, Adobe, West Law, and Pro Law
- Experience with e-filing in state and federal courts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

- Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
- Strong client service and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs
- Proficient in MS Office and other software applications
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills

Salary & Benefits:
