Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience as a supervisor in a law firm environment.
- Corporate paralegal experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels within the firm.
- Professional demeanor at all times.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and firm-provided software.
- Willingness to travel to other office locations as needed.

As the Paralegal Manager, you will work under the direction of the Director of Paralegal and Legal Support Services to oversee the firm's corporate paralegals and serve as a resource for all paralegals and legal support staff. In addition, you will generate and analyze management reports and cultivate positive relationships with department chairs and the paralegal coordinator.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience as a supervisor in a law firm environment. Corporate paralegal experience is required, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for liaising with personnel at all levels of the firm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other firm-provided software is necessary, and the ability to travel to other office locations as needed is also required.
