Trusts & Estates Administration Paralegal The candidate will work closely with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and accountants. The candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills, including Excel. Paralegal Certification from an ABA approved program is a plus. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: All phases of trusts and estates administration. Strong knowledge of Surrogate's Court rules and procedures (., probate, administration, accounting proceedings) is essential. Familiarity with preparing estate tax returns is preferable.
