## H1: Attorney 8+ Years of Experience

Law firm is seeking an experienced attorney with a minimum of eight years of experience litigating complex commercial, securities, and/or trade secret disputes. The successful candidate will join a tight-knit firm with a small team and will have substantial responsibility for interfacing with the Court, opposing counsel, and client. This position is open to both full-time and flex-schedule attorneys.

## H2: Salary & Benefits

Law firm is offering a very competitive base salary and substantial bonus opportunities. Work from home or a private office at 4 Embarcadero Center in San Francisco are also available.

## H2: Preferred Qualifications

Clerkship and trial experience are preferred, though not required. We particularly encourage experienced attorneys who have been away from the practice of law raising a family or caring for loved ones to consider joining our team.
