Job Title: Transactional Paralegal (Job ID: 18941)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Utilize the reputed firm's contract management system, Agiloft, to process contracts from initial draft through execution.
2. Review and draft various legal contracts and documents, advising internal clients on potential legal risks.
3. Manage day-to-day operations of Agiloft contract records.
4. Educate and support end-users needing assistance with the Agiloft contracting processes.
5. Track and manage a portfolio of agreements in Agiloft, validating user submissions and auditing attachments.
6. Negotiate contract changes with vendors, in consultation with business leaders and under the direction of the Senior Associate General Counsel, if requested.
7. Handle incoming requests for legal review of corporate transactions for the reputed firm and its affiliated entities, as assigned by the Sourcing transactional team.
8. Maintain a library of pre-approved form documents, contract clauses, templates, and historical documents, adding or revising materials as needed.
9. Provide general corporate transactional support for the reputed firm and its affiliated entities.
10. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, with at least 3 years as a transactional paralegal.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and its unique issues is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint is required.
- Strong critical thinking, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Required organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience in meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Salary Information:
- Pay Range: - per hour.
- Salaries are determined by factors including education, job-related experience, skills, internal equity, and industry-specific market data.
