Position: Paralegal

Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal (Paralegal Certificate preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Engage in legal research and writing on basic issues
- Draft legal pleadings with client information
- Communicate with clients throughout the legal process
- Manage and analyze discovery
- Assist legal team in developing case strategies
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient and effective handling of cases
- Contribute to team trainings and collaborate on creating a positive work culture
- Track and analyze billable hours to meet performance indicators
- Develop and refine firm systems to improve services and client satisfaction

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal (Paralegal Certificate preferred)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of legal strategies and client needs
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills and ability to delegate tasks
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Knowledge of legal research techniques and databases
- Proficiency in basic office programs and legal management software
