Litigation Paralegal The candidate will conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information. Keep accurate time (billing) records. Assist in secretarial needs as dictated by work loads and client demand. Other duties as required or determined by a supervisor as needed. Previous experience as a paralegal (both Maritime and Casualty experience is a plus) is required.
