Job Title: Divorce & Custody Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead attorney on high-conflict divorce and custody cases.
- Confidently handle litigation from the initial filing of a case through to the final judgment.
- Strategically guide clients towards resolution, including taking a case to trial if necessary.
- Collaborate with a team that is smart, mission-driven, and genuinely supportive.
- Work within a structured firm that offers systems, mentorship, and expectations without micromanagement.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum Education: Master's Degree.
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and must be in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of family law litigation experience in divorce and custody cases, having managed at least 30-50 cases as the lead attorney.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- Reliable transportation for court appearances throughout various Massachusetts counties (including Plymouth, Norfolk, Worcester, Bristol, Middlesex, Suffolk, Essex, Hampden, Hampshire). Efforts are made to keep assignments within an hour's radius of the attorney's residence.
- Ability to manage 35-45 active cases with strategic direction.
- Excellent emotional intelligence and a growth mindset.
- Heightened common sense and the ability to think on your feet and pivot quickly.
- A good sense of humor.

- Base salary starting at $95,, with potential to increase depending on experience.
