Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a varied caseload of complex family law and possible probate litigation cases
- Communicate directly with clients, courts, experts, and other counsel
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Participate in trials and hearings
- Support and develop an active trial practice
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience practicing complex family law and potential probate litigation in Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts
- Admission to practice in Massachusetts
- Excellent writing ability and financial acumen
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
