Key Responsibilities:
- Lead **Members Only**’s global privacy program and stay up-to-date on global privacy laws and regulations.
- Provide legal guidance on product development initiatives and oversee third party risk management.
- Develop and conduct privacy training for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Review and negotiate data processing agreements and other related agreements.
- Partner with the go-to-market team to respond to customer inquiries.
- Oversee **Members Only**’s global compliance program and act as the point of contact for government requests.
- Manage or oversee other privacy professionals.
Requirements:
- . with 8+ years of legal experience, including 5+ years of relevant privacy experience.
- Extensive knowledge of global privacy laws and experience in implementing global privacy and/or compliance programs.
- Previous in-house experience preferred.
- Familiarity with emerging technology and products.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Privacy experience in geolocation, adtech, social media, or emerging tech industries.
- Familiarity with export controls and sanctions compliance.
- CIPP certification(s).
