Job Title: Senior Privacy Counsel, Trust
Job Responsibilities:
- Help build the company's privacy compliance function globally with a "customer first" approach.
- Partner with teams across the company to understand and advise on the impact of emerging privacy laws and regulations, and help prepare strategies to respond to them.
- Collaborate closely with Governance, Risk & Compliance on industry-leading certifications, the implementation of risk-based privacy controls, and the creation of privacy policies and standards.
Education and Experience Information:
- 6+ years of experience practicing law.
- Necessary qualifications to practice law in the local jurisdiction.
- Knowledge of applicable privacy laws and regulations (., GDPR, CCPA) and industry frameworks (ISO 27701 and SOC2).
- CIPP certifications are highly valued but not required.
- Experience in distilling complex legal and technical concepts into clear language.
- Demonstrated growth mindset and the ability to succeed in a dynamic and remote-friendly workplace spread across the globe.
Salary Information:

- Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
- In the United States, the current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
- Zone A: $192,800 - $257,000
- Zone B: $173,500 - $231,300
- Zone C: $160,000 - $213,300
- This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
