Job Responsibilities:
The Trademark Paralegal will be responsible for managing their own docket and working independently. The role involves a variety of tasks including handling domestic and foreign trademark filings, conducting online investigations, and performing SAEGIS scans. The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while being very organized and detail-oriented. The position requires the paralegal to work one day onsite per week at their designated office, with the potential for additional days based on business and client needs.
Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of trademark experience. A BA/BS degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred. The candidate should possess well-rounded experience in trademark management and be comfortable working independently.
Salary Information:
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $133,750. The actual base salary offered will depend on various factors including the candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, education level, certifications, professional licenses, and location. Additionally, a discretionary bonus may be available for eligible employees based on performance.
