Experience and Qualifications:

- Licensed to practice law in New York
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage high volume case loads
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams, as well as case management software
- Strong negotiation and litigation skills
- Ability to analyze and evaluate cases for clients with high dollar assets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Rules of Professional Conduct

Responsibilities:

- Manage and resolve impound lien disputes with repair shops, tow yards, and government agencies
- Negotiate property damage claims with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
- Engage in ADR (., arbitration) or litigation when necessary
- Timely review and evaluation of new assignments
- Communicate directly with interested parties
- Negotiate and settle claims within discretionary authority
- Document all activity in appropriate computer systems
- Adhere to Rules of Professional Conduct

- $85, to $125, annually
