Job Title: Litigation Attorney - Mid to Senior Level

Job Responsibilities:
- Work on cutting-edge plaintiff’s consumer class action litigation and mass arbitrations.
- Collaborate with lawyers and analysts to bring cases on behalf of various classes of aggrieved consumers.
- Draft comprehensive legal documents such as complaints, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and demand letters.
- Conduct thorough legal research on statutes and collaborate with the team to develop case theory.
- Offer substantive input on litigation strategies and evaluate the strength of claims.
- Draft appellate briefs, contributing to the appellate process.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in litigation, with at least four years’ experience at a law firm.
- Big-law experience is preferred.
- Strong legal writing skills are required, with Law Review or Journal experience being a plus.
- Appellate writing experience is highly desirable.
- Public service and/or federal judicial clerkships are desirable.
- A background in journalism or other writing-related work is considered advantageous.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to produce well-written first drafts with minimal oversight are essential.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $200,000 per year.
- Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, with the opportunity for substantial bonus compensation based on performance.
