Job Title: Contract Legal Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: The Contract Legal Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for both legal and non-legal positions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Industry Expertise: The recruiter will identify and engage with candidates experienced in plaintiff-focused personal injury and asbestos litigation.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, Human Resources, and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and professionalism.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Job Postings: Create and post compelling job descriptions tailored to each role, ensuring alignment with company culture and needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with Human Resources and hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and long-term staffing goals.
- Offer Management: Assist in extending offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities align with legal and organizational policies.

Education and Experience Information:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the legal industry.
- Familiarity with plaintiff personal injury and asbestos litigation is a strong plus.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and schedules simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Salary Information:
- Salary Range: – per hour
- This role will be ongoing with the law firm, working on an as-needed basis. It is anticipated that the first 6 months of this role will be a consistent 30 hours per week.
- The quoted salary range represents the law firm's good faith estimate as to what ideal candidates are likely to expect, and offers are tailored within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
