Job Title: Family Immigration Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
The Family Immigration Paralegal position involves working in a fast-paced, virtual immigration law firm environment that focuses exclusively on assisting couples navigating the . immigration process. The candidate will be responsible for managing heavy, deadline-oriented communication with clients primarily via phone, email, and Zoom. Key responsibilities include:

- Handling USCIS and Consular Practice applications, including but not limited to forms I-130, I-485, I-864, I-134, I-765, I-131, I-129F, DS-160, and DS-260.
- Engaging in frequent and efficient communication with clients, ensuring quick response times and adherence to deadlines.
- Utilizing advanced computer and typing skills to manage correspondence and documentation.
- Ensuring clear communication in English, with multilingual abilities considered a plus.
- Demonstrating above-average writing skills and maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- Maintaining a quiet home office equipped with dual screens, a printer (all equipment provided), high-speed internet, and strong mobile phone connectivity.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have prior experience with USCIS and Consular Practice, specifically with the forms and processes mentioned. Experience in managing heavy communication loads through email, phone, and Zoom with a quick turnaround is essential. Advanced computer and typing skills are required, along with the ability to communicate clearly in English. A multilingual background is advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary Information:
The position offers a pay rate of $30 hourly. Additional benefits include paid time off, remote work opportunities from home, and the potential for monthly bonuses. There is also an opportunity for travel to Florida for periodic meetings.
