Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be preparing and filing immigrant visas such as PERM, I-140, CP, AOS, Naturalization, etc., and non-immigrant visas such as H, L, TN, O, J visas, etc., and family-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and applications. Drafting of petitions, forms, cover letters, support letters, and collecting and organizing supporting documentation for immigration-based filings. Working with the government agencies such as DOL, USCIS, and NVC to resolve issues when necessary. Must have a Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certification is preferred. Equivalent experience is considered. Must have 3 - 5 years of law firm experience. Must be Bi-Lingual/Spanish. Should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Should be a self-starter able to work independently as well as part of a team. Possess excellent prioritization and time management skills to meet strict deadlines. Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Should have the ability to multi-task with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment. Possess a strong client-first work ethic. Should be attentive to detail.
