Background, Skills, and Experience:

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and time management abilities
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing monthly pre-bills and client invoices for multiple Billing Attorneys. This includes ensuring billing schedules are on track, reviewing and editing pre-bills, and responding to inquiries related to billing. You will also have the opportunity to utilize legal software programs and assist with special projects as needed.

To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. You should also have 3-5 years of prior billing experience, preferably in a law firm setting. Familiarity with legal software and collections experience is a plus. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and have a strong understanding of standard accounting practices and procedures. Attention to detail, exceptional analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are also essential for this role.

This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and offers a salary range of $40,000-$50,000 annually, depending on experience.
