The Lead Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a data lake and scalable data pipelines to support Cooley's data-driven goals. This role will also collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with data lakes and strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, ETL processes, and data architecture principles. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in cloud computing and data governance. The expected annual salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 - $205,000, with additional benefits and resources offered to all employees.
