Job Title: Immigration Legal Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file various immigration applications, including I-130, I-485, I-751, N-400, I-360, I-765, I-601, I-601A, and U visas.
- Coordinate and work under the supervision of attorneys to ensure proper and timely filing of immigration documents.

Education and Experience Information:
- Required Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
- Required Experience: 2-5 years of experience in immigration law, particularly with matters before USCIS.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish is considered a significant advantage.

Salary Information:
- The pay range for this position is between $45, and $56, per year, as provided by the employer.
