This role will be responsible for administering client-facing technologies and providing support and training to end-users. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in web-based technology administration and strong communication and troubleshooting skills. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule and a salary range of - per hour, depending on location.

Responsibilities:
- Administer client-facing technologies for the firm
- Train users on technology usage
- Troubleshoot technical and licensing issues with vendors
- Respond to user licensing requests
- Archive website contents as needed
- Provide regular guidance to users
- Serve as the in-house expert of assigned client-facing technologies
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues
- Contribute to look-and-feel of website contents

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in web-based technology administration and working directly with end-users
- Ability to work well with existing technology team and handle multiple projects and support requests
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of standard administration of web-based technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred

Computer/Software Knowledge:
- 1-2 years of experience administering Web-Based Collaboration Systems (. Microsoft SharePoint, , Wordpress, Dropbox, Box, DocuSign or similar technologies)
- 1-2 years of experience administering HighQ Extranets (by Thomson Reuters)

Work Environment:
- Hybrid work schedule (minimum 3 days in office, rest of week remote)
- Overtime may be required
