Job Title: Legal Intake Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Initial client communication, including conducting intakes and closing to gain a client's business.
- Establishing personable connections with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Communicating consistently with clients, which involves being on the phone for several hours a day.
- Acting as a closer by enticing clients and relating to them to sign up with the law firm.
- Reaching out to clients interested in the law firm's services, with no requirement for cold calling.

Education and Experience Information:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience is required.
- Candidates must possess the ability to be personable and connect with future clients.
- A strong hunger to succeed and grow, along with being driven, resilient, and persistent, is necessary.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Candidates must have consistent and effective communication skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to solve problems and handle multiple tasks at once are required.
- A drive to always improve and learn, and an enjoyment of working in a team environment, are important.

Salary Information:
