Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be performing filings in federal and state court cases; cite checking according to The Bluebook; preparing documents and exhibits for depositions and trials; monitoring and retrieving court dockets and records; performing factual and legal research; retrieving, organizing, indexing, and maintaining documents, public records, and evidence; preparing materials regarding experts; and providing additional support to attorneys as needed. A paralegal certificate is preferred. A background in science is a plus. Should have 3+ years of experience with a litigation law firm, including familiarity with litigation support programs.
