Job Title: Advisor II-Immigration

Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel and respond to queries from human resources, managers, and employees on all global immigration-related matters including visa processing, documentation, visa options, risks, timelines, etc.
- Conduct research to obtain information maintained by government entities; initiate contact and alert the Global team about potential process delays/problems/updates.
- Prepare application materials required for all services offered, including new documents (procurement), authenticated documents, consular visas, passports, work permits, residence permits, and extensions of the same.
- Maintain relationships with the law firm's global immigration service providers to ensure employees receive quality service at all times.
- Accurately maintain the law firm's internal database to ensure all data is recorded and actions are taken in a timely manner to proactively drive the case forward and keep the client and relevant managers updated in real time.
- Evaluate cases, relay concerns, and proactively escalate to the appropriate team members/managers.
- Perform administrative duties associated with global immigration case management, including processing payments/reimbursements, invoices, and receipts, generating reports, and maintaining required legal documentation.
- Achieve mastery of previously handled case types and continually strive to advance and broaden knowledge base; begin to teach and mentor others.
- Use expertise to advise/make suggestions to Practice Management for the improvement of the overall program.
- Provide support to other Global immigration teams at the manager's discretion.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned and support the law firm.

Education and Experience Information:
- 2 – 4 years of corporate business immigration experience required.
- Exposure to corporate international business immigration preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in all dealings.
- Must be able to multitask and function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must effectively participate in and facilitate in a oneBAL team environment; professional, respectful attitude towards all coworkers.
- Must have excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Must demonstrate strong organization skills.
- Must have keen attention to detail, producing error-free work.
- Must think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Good general computer knowledge and typing skills, including word-processing, email, and forms software; ability to learn new software/programs.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel within a limited radius to client sites or consulates.

Salary Information:
- In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position in Colorado is between $65,100 and $69,200.
- Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
