Corporate Paralegal The candidate will provide assistance with trademark filings, contract review, corporate registrations, real estate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and foreign qualifications including, drafting, composing and reviewing various documents pertaining to corporate, commercial, real estate, and health care law. Should have experience in any of the following areas: corporate/real estate filings and registrations; contract management; corporate and transactional paralegal; willingness to be trained in other areas. A certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program and/or four-year degree. A strong technical aptitude and solid hands-on experience with the Microsoft Office Suite. Well-developed research and analytical abilities. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively establish priorities while working well under pressure and meeting deadlines. The ability to take direction from multiple persons and be proactive. Strong decision making and analytical skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven track record of delivering excellent client service. The ability to be flexible with work hours in order to meet the demands of work load and client needs.
