Job Responsibilities:

- Scheduling depositions and medical appointments, which include arranging for Agreed Medical Evaluations (AME) and Panel Qualified Medical Evaluations (PQME).

- Preparing Declarations of Readiness (DORs) and handling electronic filing via EAMS and JetFiler systems.
- Maintaining and organizing case files within the management software, ensuring that all information is accurate and updated as necessary.
- Fielding incoming telephone calls and maintaining heavy client communication, as Case Managers serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
The role requires excellent telephone manners and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and documentation. The candidate is expected to be a quick learner with a positive attitude to enhance advocacy for clients.
