Job Title: Litigation Associate - SF Office
Salary Range: $180, To $200, Annually

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Responsibilities:
• Work on securities fraud actions with large and small teams of attorneys
• Conduct extensive research and writing on complex legal issues related to federal and state securities laws
• Develop, manage, and execute litigation strategies at various stages of litigation
• Manage complex multi-party discovery and client relationships
• Supervise clerical staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of support work
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of complex litigation experience preferred
